Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Requests:

   • Cancellation requests made before the next billing cycle will prevent any future charges.
2. Cancellation Process:

   • Click on the profile icon on the top right of your screen to access the dropdown menu
   • Click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ button and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
3. Cancellation Confirmation:
   • Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
   • Ensure that you receive the confirmation to guarantee the cancellation.
4. Post-Cancellation Access:
   • After cancelling your subscription, you will retain access to Lnk8's services until the end of the current billing cycle.
   • Once you cancel the subscription to the Pro Plan, you can still continue using Lnk8, subject to the applicable limits.
