How to create your first shortened link

Step 1 - Go to www.lnk8.co

Step 2 - On the homepage, navigate to “Enter the URL you want to shorten” and click on “Shorten URL”.

Now, you can see the shortened link on the same screen.

Step 3 - You can use the buttons next to the shortened link to copy the link or generate a QR code.

You're entitled to include up to two personal domains for free. If you require more, consider our Pro plan, priced at just $25 per month, with an extra month free for annual subscribers.

To create an account, click ‘Sign up’ on the homepage.

Enter the required information to receive an OTP in your email.

Verify your email address using the OTP or click on the magic link in your email.

Voila! - you’re now a registered user on Lnk8.

Visit the ‘Features’ page to do more with Lnk8.

Click ‘Shorten links’ to shorten up to 100 URLs for free.

After you generate the short URL, you will see multiple options:

• Copy: This button will copy the URL to your clipboard, and it can be pasted anywhere you want (like in an email).
• QR code: This option will generate a QR code for the link that can even be put up on physical billboards or ads, and can be scanned by users to reach the URL directly without having to type the URL in their browsers.
• Analytics: Track your URL to get insights on how your users interact with it.
• Share: The share button allows you to share the generated short URL via any social media on your mobile device (only available on mobile devices).
• Edit: This option allows you to edit the destination URL in case you want to change it or update it.
• Delete: Don’t want the URL to be valid anymore? Simply use the delete button!
